I recently had three sessions of acupuncture to help try and reduce the severe symptoms I was experiencing due to going through the menopause. After receiving a thorough initial assessment the treatment started. I found Ana to be very professional but also warm and patient in her approach. The location was perfect as it’s in the city centre and the whole environment was warm, welcoming and very relaxing. I had a sports massage with Ana, after years of living with pain Ana has already made me feel so much more comfortable! Ana has created such a safe and tranquil atmosphere in her gorgeous space, both physically and psychologically. Even before I came for my appointment I felt immediately at ease talking to Ana on the phone and on meeting her felt extremely welcomed and comfortable. Ana is not only an absolute massage guru, but she has a beautiful and welcoming presence. One of the best massages I've had. Ana is absolutely fantastic. This was my first acupuncture session so I was nervous. Ana reassured me throughout. She asked me some questions first and the whole session was based around my needs. Ana gave me an hour long massage and it was an excellent experience. She is very knowledgeable and attentive when listening to the issues I had and the massage was exactly what I needed. An hour passed very quickly and when I left my shoulders were very relaxed and 5cm lower down than they were when I went in. 24hrs later and my back and shoulders are still feeling deeply relaxed. I've been going to Ana for acupuncture for a few months now, and I really can't recommend her highly enough. From the start, she's really gone above and beyond anything I was expecting in terms of thoroughness and engaging with me to identify the root of the problems. I've long struggled with varying mental health issues, and I initially came to Ana looking to address that. After an extensive and insightful assessment, she came up with a course of treatment tailored to me. The improvement in my general wellbeing since then has been incredible, even to the point of others commenting on it. I feel like I'm functioning better now than I have in years. We've now moved on to looking at some other physical complaints I have, some that I've been pestering the doctors to help me with for years, and the improvements have been equally as notable. In terms of price, I've found Ana to be very reasonable (especially for the results), and she's offered good reductions on 6 session packages, so I've no doubt it's been worth every penny. I booked in for a block of accupuncture sessions with Ana.  I had been suffering from daily headaches for as long as I can remember.  Ana is thorough and creates a holistic view of your health and wellbeing.  My headaches have reduced drastically and I rarely take pain killers now.  My overall joint pain is generally much better too in addition to cleared UTIs. I love visiting Ana for treatments - they are so relaxing.  I always feel so much lighter after a session. Ana has been fantastic helping me through a severe flare up of my autoimmune condition. She was knowledgeable and thoughtful and acupuncture made a really difference to calming my nervous system down. My creatin reactive protein levels in my blood test were normal only a few weeks after a major flare up, which is most likely due to the excellent treatment. Ana’s session was really beautiful. Ana made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The rocking movement brought a lot of harmony and positive childhood memories came to me.
