I booked in for a block of accupuncture sessions with Ana.  I had been suffering from daily headaches for as long as I can remember.  Ana is thorough and creates a holistic view of your health and wellbeing.  My headaches have reduced drastically and I rarely take pain killers now.  My overall joint pain is generally much better too in addition to cleared UTIs. I love visiting Ana for treatments - they are so relaxing.  I always feel so much lighter after a session. My partner says I appear to have more of a spring in my step too.

Ana was attentive and really listened to my concerns, ensuring that my needs were met with genuine care, compassion and understanding. She was gentle and caring, and was able to get to the root of my back and shoulder problem. Just 24 hours later, I am completely pain-free and feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. In an effort to be kind to myself I have now visited Ana Guerrero and had treatment with Katy on two separate occasions. On the first, a therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage and Indian Head Massage combo was mind blowing, and I had an almost out of body experience as I relaxed deeper and deeper. Katy was so reassuring throughout, and made me at perfect ease. On my second visit I had a Swedish massage, and found the whole experience both relaxing, while experiencing quite deep emotional release. I cannot recommend highly enough, for either remedial or therapeutic massage whether looking to relax, heal or connect with yourself. I’ve been embarking on Ana’s pioneering neuro rocking release therapy. It’s been incredible - I can literally feel my anxiety and stress disperse during the sessions. One of the best massage experiences I have had. As an experienced massage goer I've had massages all over the country and abroad, this is a top three. From the moment it starts, the calming tea, relaxing music, to the smell of the essential oil, to the rest of the sensual experience, everything was done very professionally with a personal touch. The masseuse was able to intuitively identify my pain points and tackling with technic I've never experienced before but very effective. I felt such a pity I don't live in York, otherwise I'd get a package and go regularly. The price is fair and I'd say higher value compared to some other spa places on high street.

For anyone struggling with anxiety, stuck in fight or flight, or looking to regulate their nervous system, I can't recommend the Neuro Rocking Release Therapy™ enough. I've been practicing somatic exercises and breath-work myself to try and help my chronic fatigue, but this therapy is on another level. It's amazing and truly holistic. Probably the best massage I've ever had. Ana was lovely and so welcoming. The Indian head massage was next level. The amount of tension that has been released from my head is amazing.

I've been going to Ana for acupuncture for a few months now, and I really can't recommend her highly enough. From the start, she's really gone above and beyond anything I was expecting in terms of thoroughness and engaging with me to identify the root of the problems. I've long struggled with varying mental health issues, and I initially came to Ana looking to address that. After an extensive and insightful assessment, she came up with a course of treatment tailored to me. The improvement in my general wellbeing since then has been incredible, even to the point of others commenting on it. I feel like I'm functioning better now than I have in years. We've now moved on to looking at some other physical complaints I have, some that I've been pestering the doctors to help me with for years, and the improvements have been equally as notable. In terms of price, I've found Ana to be very reasonable (especially for the results), and she's offered good reductions on 6 session packages, so I've no doubt it's been worth every penny. I went to see Ana after a long period of restless legs and muscle pain. After a few sports massage sessions the pain had completely gone. If there's any sign of it returning I'll be back there like a shot. Highly recommended.

I've taken my teenage daughter twice for sports massage following niggling sports injuries. On both occasions they made an immediate positive difference. Plus Ana is v quick to respond to bookings and queries and is a very friendly and welcoming person. I would recommend her to anyone. Just wow! I had the most relaxing and rejuvenating 90 minutes with Ana today. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she is also so warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. She made me feel so comfortable and supported from the moment I arrived. I was so grateful because she was so attentive and took the time and care to answer all my questions. She creates a truly inviting space, where I could leave all my stress behind. My body felt incredibly relaxed afterwards, and the treatment provided genuine relief from the tension I was holding. Our experience was lovely and we came out feeling super refreshed and relaxed. Felt so warm and welcome on entrance and if I lived in York, I would definitely be a regular.
The only negatives that I'd mention is that you are not necessarily in the same room for couples massage so it's not the full dual experience. Moreover, I would suggest some improvements on the massage chair as we both felt the round bit you put your head in, could have been more comfortable, pehaps with a thicker towel as cushioning.
