My name is Ana and I have over 17 years of experience in the field of bodywork for better health. I hold a BSc in Acupuncture from the Northern College of Acupuncture and I am strong on self-actualisation as a person and a professional.
What makes Ana Guerrero’s Holistic Wellbeing different is my awareness of the connection between body, mind, emotions, social factors and religion/spirituality. All these dimensions of the human experience have a crucial influence on how we experience pain (emotional and/or physical), ailments, how they manifest in our daily lives, how we sustain them, how we perceive them and how we can shift them into healing. Such holistic awareness is present in all my therapies and it brings quantifiable results.

Directions
- Newgate is a tiny street between King's Square and the Market, top end of The Shambles street. King's Court is an office building (in Newgate street).
- If I stand with my back to the door, I look straight down The Shambles street.
- On arrival, press the bell that says ANA GUERRERO.
- Do not arrive before your allocated time, otherwise you might disrupt someone else's me-time and we won't answer the door until we have honoured our time with them. 5 minutes early is ok.
