I've taken my teenage daughter twice for sports massage following niggling sports injuries. On both occasions they made an immediate positive difference. Plus Ana is v quick to respond to bookings and queries and is a very friendly and welcoming person. I would recommend her to anyone. I’ve just had the most WONDERFUL Radiant Face Lift Ritual with Oiled Scalp Treatment with Ana Guerro. I feel uplifted and really warm & energised & my skin feels amazing! The treatment involves application of oils/ a face massage/ mask / hot ‘ stones’ and a fantastic head shoulder & neck massage. I rarely leave customer feedback and only do it when it is truly deserved. I went for a deep tissue massage sessions including cupping with Ana. I have had deep tissue massages before, and any massage generally is good - some are ok, some are really good, but Ana just takes it to the next level in terms of quality, effectiveness and longevity of the result. This is what truly separates an exceptionally good from very good. She is exceptionally good! A very rare find! It is also very easy to tell that she loves what she does and has a great understanding of anatomy, which combined with her experience and knowledge allows her to tackle the root cause of the pain/tension/problem. It is just amazing to see someone who truly understands what they're working with. It is fantastic. Finding an outstanding quality massage therapist is like finding a great dentist. After a quick response over emails and fast booking for an appointment I had my initial consultation and was recommended Neuro Rocking therapy by Ana, the treatment was very relaxing, I felt very safe and assured the whole time, I found Ana very patient and attentive and her personal recommendations were much appreciated. I've been going to Ana for acupuncture for a few months now, and I really can't recommend her highly enough. From the start, she's really gone above and beyond anything I was expecting in terms of thoroughness and engaging with me to identify the root of the problems. I've long struggled with varying mental health issues, and I initially came to Ana looking to address that. After an extensive and insightful assessment, she came up with a course of treatment tailored to me. The improvement in my general wellbeing since then has been incredible, even to the point of others commenting on it. I feel like I'm functioning better now than I have in years. We've now moved on to looking at some other physical complaints I have, some that I've been pestering the doctors to help me with for years, and the improvements have been equally as notable. In terms of price, I've found Ana to be very reasonable (especially for the results), and she's offered good reductions on 6 session packages, so I've no doubt it's been worth every penny. I had a Swedish upper back massage with Katy. The clinic is well hidden away right in the centre of York, but inside it is very quiet. Katy was an excellent therapist, who made me feel very at ease. I had a course of accupunture combined with massage to alleviate pain, swelling and stiffness after my cast was removed due to broken wrist. After the first session with Ana my thumb had no pain and my fingers felt nimble. Over the next few sessions, swelling significantly reduced, as well as pain in my upper arm which helped promote more movement.
