I went to see Ana after a long period of restless legs and muscle pain. After a few sports massage sessions the pain had completely gone. If there's any sign of it returning I'll be back there like a shot. Highly recommended.

I had a Swedish upper back massage with Katy. The clinic is well hidden away right in the centre of York, but inside it is very quiet. Katy was an excellent therapist, who made me feel very at ease. In an effort to be kind to myself I have now visited Ana Guerrero and had treatment with Katy on two separate occasions. On the first, a therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage and Indian Head Massage combo was mind blowing, and I had an almost out of body experience as I relaxed deeper and deeper. Katy was so reassuring throughout, and made me at perfect ease. On my second visit I had a Swedish massage, and found the whole experience both relaxing, while experiencing quite deep emotional release. I cannot recommend highly enough, for either remedial or therapeutic massage whether looking to relax, heal or connect with yourself. Ana is not only an absolute massage guru, but she has a beautiful and welcoming presence. One of the best massages I've had. After a quick response over emails and fast booking for an appointment I had my initial consultation and was recommended Neuro Rocking therapy by Ana, the treatment was very relaxing, I felt very safe and assured the whole time, I found Ana very patient and attentive and her personal recommendations were much appreciated. Went in today for a 45 min head, neck and back massage with Katy and it was fantastic. I haven't felt this physically relaxed for at least a decade.
