I have had a few muscle and nerve issues, Ana takes her time to really understand your problems and find the most appropriate treatment to get you back to full health. Ana has been fantastic helping me through a severe flare up of my autoimmune condition. She was knowledgeable and thoughtful and acupuncture made a really difference to calming my nervous system down. My creatin reactive protein levels in my blood test were normal only a few weeks after a major flare up, which is most likely due to the excellent treatment. I recently had three sessions of acupuncture to help try and reduce the severe symptoms I was experiencing due to going through the menopause. After receiving a thorough initial assessment the treatment started. I found Ana to be very professional but also warm and patient in her approach. The location was perfect as it’s in the city centre and the whole environment was warm, welcoming and very relaxing. My mother recommended Ana for pins and needles and lose of grip of my left hand that I have been experiencing for the last 9 years, after a surgery for fractured cervical spine at C6-C7. This surgery left me with a trapped nerve. After some tests, Ana concluded that the dysfunctional nerve was C8. I scored my discomfort at 8 out of 10 and only after the 1st session I saw an improvent of 6 out of 10 on the nerve sensation and got better grip too. I got no spasms for the whole week. I've just had my 4th session and for the last week, after the last treatment, I have had no spasms, hardly noticed the pins and needles in my fingers and my grip is normal. My score is 0 out of 10! We have a couple more sessions to go as I bought a pack of 6 after the positive results from my first treatment. It really helps that I get a 10% discount with the pack of 6!

Ana is a God send, I have previously had wonderful massage sessions with her then mentioned the pain I was experiencing in my arthritic knees, she suggested acupuncture, so I thought why not! The first session I had completely removed all pain from my knees, I have just had my second, to ensure the pain stays away. All this with a smile, a laugh and a lot of learning on my part.
