Ana has been fantastic helping me through a severe flare up of my autoimmune condition.

She was knowledgeable and thoughtful and acupuncture made a really difference to calming my nervous system down. My creatin reactive protein levels in my blood test were normal only a few weeks after a major flare up, which is most likely due to the excellent treatment.

In an effort to be kind to myself I have now visited Ana Guerrero and had treatment with Katy on two separate occasions. On the first, a therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage and Indian Head Massage combo was mind blowing, and I had an almost out of body experience as I relaxed deeper and deeper. Katy was so reassuring throughout, and made me at perfect ease. On my second visit I had a Swedish massage, and found the whole experience both relaxing, while experiencing quite deep emotional release. I cannot recommend highly enough, for either remedial or therapeutic massage whether looking to relax, heal or connect with yourself. I hurt my hip lifting logs. After two weeks the pain was showing no sign of reducing and was getting me down. I was able to book a session with Ana within a few days. Ana took a thorough history and then proceeded with acupuncture treatment. After the first session the pain reduced significantly and with two further sessions it is now almost gone. Ana is a master of her trade I went for an acupuncture session for a pain that I had in my leg for weeks. I almost started feeling better within 24 hours and within 4 weeks the pain was disappeared.

I recently had three sessions of acupuncture to help try and reduce the severe symptoms I was experiencing due to going through the menopause.

After receiving a thorough initial assessment the treatment started. I found Ana to be very professional but also warm and patient in her approach. The location was perfect as it’s in the city centre and the whole environment was warm, welcoming and very relaxing.
