An excellent experience. I had the 45 minute sports massage and I'm very satisfied with Anna's obvious experience. Tired legs and lower back sorted. I'll be back, possibly for a more holistic approach.

Ana is absolutely fantastic. This was my first acupuncture session so I was nervous. Ana reassured me throughout. She asked me some questions first and the whole session was based around my needs. The effects were immediate and only got better with time. Can’t wait to come back next month. Thank you Ana ❤️❤️

It was my first time with Ana and I didn't know what to expect, however the session was way beyond what I could've ever imagined! Ana is exceptionally kind and gentle, and at the same time very knowledgeable and professional. During the massage, I managed to get into a full state of relaxation and even felt like I was somewhere else. The session brought back happy memories from my childhood and I truly felt at peace. I honestly don't know where the time went, but Ana made me feel so good and special. It wasn't until I left Ana that I realized that I had a very thorough massage as felt loose and relaxed in my muscles. The next two days were a bit rough which told me that the massage was deep and efficient. When the detoxification was over I felt very light and energized. I completely forgot about the pain in my back and shoulders! I honestly can't praise Ana enough. She is a person with most positive and beautiful energy and it was a true privilege to experience this massage with Ana. Thank you so much!

Amazing time with Ana having the Guru to relaxation package. Ana made it a great experience from start to finish, so relaxing and felt so much better for it. Thanks Ana and I will see you again soon!

I've taken my teenage daughter twice for sports massage following niggling sports injuries. On both occasions they made an immediate positive difference. Plus Ana is v quick to respond to bookings and queries and is a very friendly and welcoming person. I would recommend her to anyone. Edit: went for myself and had equally positive experience

I’m so grateful to have met Ana. When you arrive at her treatment rooms, it’s like entering an oasis of peace and calm. She is extremely skilled at what she does, perceptive and kind. I felt very safe and taken care of by her. Can’t wait for my next session with her.

Having had several sessions with Ana, her approach has helped me feel calmer, more at ease in my body, and supported. She is a gifted practitioner and has insight and an understanding of the mind body connection.

Ana is by far and away the best practitioner I've ever seen. Her thorough and well researched approach immediately makes you feel at ease.

After 5 years of constant pain Ana has eased it in just three sessions. I honestly can't recommend her enough! ❤️

Ana, as always, gives you a warm, friendly welcome that instils relaxation from the start.

I have had acupuncture and massage treatment from Ana and have always had a very positive result, with my joint and muscle pain, in some cases, being totally removed.

She is totally professional and excellent with her treatments and I always look forward to my next visit.

Ana is amazing and knowledgeable. I had pain from a frozen shoulder and restricted movement, after three sessions the pain had disappeared and movement returned. Highly recommend treatment which is delivered in a professional, clean and relaxing environment. Many thanks 😊

Ana provided a professional and friendly experience, effectively addressing my shoulder pain with a combination of massage and cupping. The treatment left me deeply relaxed, prompting me to book my next appointment before I left. Highly recommended!

Thank you, Ana! See you again soon.

Updated based on my 2nd visit:

I had an incredibly relaxing follow-up massage and an added acupuncture session with Ana. Her expertise was evident as she skillfully addressed my tight shoulder, leaving me so relaxed that my Oura ring registered it as sleep! The clinic is clean, with a soothing ambiance that enhances the experience. I highly recommend visiting her for anyone seeking top-quality care in a calming environment.

I’ve been to Ana Guerrero’s before for massages and they’re always lovely, this was mine and my partner’s first time having a couples massage here which was equally as good!
For me this also was a pregnancy massage and it was an hour of relaxation that I SO needed, Ana made me feel cared about and comfortable and I would absolutely go back for another ☺️
