Bespoke Acupuncture Therapy in York

I practice Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Western style acupuncture, including Chinese acupuncture, acupuncture York, and Master Tung’s style of acupuncture. Different styles work best for different goals.

Evidence-based literature and clinical practice suggest that a minimum of 6-10 sessions is recommended, especially when it comes to internal issues, particularly if they are deeply rooted. Fewer sessions may be sufficient in cases of musculoskeletal complaints.
